An independent guide
Best Restaurant Colorado is independent. It has no affiliation with the MICHELIN Guide, the James Beard Foundation, the restaurants it lists or any tourism organization, and none of them endorses it. We refer to award names only to report which restaurants hold them.
Check before you go
We verify facts against the sources listed on each page and date our updates, but restaurant details change constantly, and mountain restaurants in particular change hours and close seasonally. We do not publish hours, prices or phone numbers, and we cannot guarantee that any restaurant is open, that a reservation is available or that information on this site is complete. Please confirm with the restaurant before traveling or paying.
Travel information, such as notes on roads, passes, altitude and weather, is general guidance. Always check official sources, including the Colorado Department of Transportation's COtrip service, and use your own judgement in mountain conditions.
Editorial order
Some guides present restaurants in an editorial order with the criteria explained on the page. That order is our judgement, not a rating or ranking from any award body. We do not publish our own ratings or reviews.
Advertising
Ads on the site are served by Google AdSense. An ad appearing on a page is not a recommendation, and advertisers do not influence which restaurants we list.
Third-party websites
We link to other websites so you can verify information. We do not control and are not responsible for those sites.
Use of our content
Text, data presentation and graphics on this site belong to the publisher unless stated otherwise. Short quotations with a link back are welcome; please ask before reproducing whole pages or the register.
